This policy applies during the beta test of "Homekagami". It will be revised for the official release, and changes will be announced on this page. The Japanese version is the authoritative text.

1. Information we collect

• The content of your conversations (text you enter and photos you send)
• "Memories" created from conversations (your original words and dates)
• Usage information (time of use, number of messages, feedback button taps)
• Answers to beta test surveys
• Contact details you provide when you contact us

2. How we use it

• To provide the service and generate AI replies
• To evaluate and improve the service, including beta test analysis
• To keep users safe, including pointing people to support lines when they are struggling
• To respond to inquiries

3. Sensitive information

We never save sensitive topics such as health, relationships, family or finances as memories without asking you first.

4. Service providers and processing outside Japan

We use the following providers, mainly in the United States, only as needed to run the service: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI (to generate AI replies), and Cloudflare (website and servers). We aim to use them under settings and agreements that do not allow them to use your data for any other purpose, including training AI models.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Conversations and memories collected during the beta test are deleted after the test, once the necessary analysis is complete. You can review, edit or delete memories in the app at any time. To request deletion of your data, contact us below.

7. Age

The service is not available to children under 13.
